FROM THE ZZP SITE WHEN THEY ORIGINALLY RELEASED THE NIC CAM
Large split pattern and extra long exhaust duration maximize exhaust efficiency to lower KR. Intake lobe, although rated at 220°, has a fast ramp rate and smaller .006 duration than normal. This creates a reasonable idle for a cam this size and maximizes HP. Exhaust lobe has a slower ramp rate and wider seat to seat (relative to .050) to increase the KR reducing effect.

yeah, double gasketing created a coolant leak into my oil pan. I would recomend contacting PRJ performance for an inexpensive milled cover plate to use instead. 3250 is a bit high, I think I would have preferred a 3000 for better street performance, bu
