About this Vehicle for Sale:
1970 BAJA BUG In production stage. I'm building this one for my son's first car. He just got his license. He wants to keep my Sport Trac instead of the Baja, so I am selling it. I would keep it but I have the Dune Buggy and that takes presidence over the Baja. ASKING $4,500.00 336-462-1596 dnicol@wm.com
Factory Options:
was plain old bug. Factory option was radio
Exterior Modifications:
Baja body kit
One piece tilt nose. Removed the stock side moulding and installed chrome "Bullets" in each hole.Sprint Side Bars, Rear Double Tube cage
Interior Modifications:
Just Finished Dash/Guages, Installed Power Windows , headliner and Carpet.. Bucket Seats from 1992 Eclipse, Scat Shifter, Wink Mirror
Performance:
2100 cc Stroker Motor being built. HOLD OFF on the HI-PO motor. the kid is going to drive a "stocker" for a while.
Suspension/Chassis:
Air Shocks in rear. Otherwise wanted to keep the stock ride. 17" Centerlines, 245/70R17 Cooper Tires. 4 Wheel spacers to keep the fenders filled out.

Power Windows, Power Antenna, Signal Mirrors, AM/FM/CD player, All Lights are LED's,

There is a HUGE manmade mud pit that all the 4x4 guys go to. as soon as I am done, My son and I are going to take it down there to have a little fun. This is actually being built for him as his first car. He just got his license. Lord help me.

Looks like a fun project. I will be building either a Baja or a Manx clone for my son in the next year or two.
