This was my first car, my mother's old 1990 Toyota Camry, bought brand new from Crestmont Toyota on 9/28/90. She drove everyday, never leaving her stranded, and she passed it down to me when I got my license in Sept. 2004. It was a red, 4 cyl, auto w/ 100,000+. She was on her last leg in Dec. 04 when my father drove it into a curb bending a tie rod on the passenger side wheel, soon after that a bad oil leak formed and then the piece de resistance....the transmission failed, thus ending an era in our family.
