The new year has finally come and the car has reached a new best. She now has a best time of 11.717 at 116.70 MPH with a 1.64 60"!!!! My old Best 1/4 mile time was a 12.12 at 114 MPH with a 1.73 60'. I would guess the car will be pushing pushing 650+ RWHP after the heads, cam, and nitrous. But I am not looking to be a dyno Queen, just the King of the track!!!

Well after almost 8 months, I finally found a new motor for the car. I picked up a forged 347. Diamond flat tops, eagle h-beams, polished crank, ARP 2000 bolts, and all of the nice heavy duty bearings. It came with a ported LS6 oil pump, LS2 timing chain, and ARP head studs. The rings are upgrades steal rings for nitrous and are gapped for a big shot. It should not be too long until it is all put together in the car and ready to hit the track. Maybe now I can go to the track without breaking it, lol.

Well just as I thought I was almost done with the car and I was going to be able to make a 9 second pass, I spin a rod bearing and it is all over with this motor.

I took the Fast 90 off and couldn't see anything wrong with the injector cup seals, so I put it back on and now it seals with no problem. I have no clue what I did differently but all that matters is it is sealed now and working. The car idles awesome now, but needs a little tuning work with the drivability and WOT.
