I bought this car on August 20, 2005. I found it in Kearney, drove out to see it, and brought it home. It was dirty as hell (who doesn't wash their car before advertising it?) but cleaned up just fine. It was as stock as the day it came out of the factory, and I fell in love before I even got it home.

Some new additions to note. I had the suspension outfitted with some shiny new parts courtesy of UMI Performance:
UMI Transmission Mounted Adjustable Torque Arm
UMI Torque Arm Relocation Kit
UMI Lower Control Arm Relocation Brackets
UMI Double Adjustable Chrome Moly Panhard Bar
I also removed the TSP Dual system and had a full system custom built with mandrel bends. This system starts as 3" and goes down to 2.5" to fit over the axle. It really quieted this beast down. The exhaust note sounds real smooth and mellow at idle and cruise yet screams when you open it up, thanks to the X-Pipe, Classic Chambered PowerPacks and Magnaflow Oval 4x9 mufflers. I have cutouts before the axle right before it is reduced down to 2.5", however the ground clearance is so poor that I have no choice but to remove them, especially with Strano springs on the horizon.
Unfortunately there will be no pictures this year. I will take them next year after a few more things are done to really show off how the car has come along.
Props go out to Josh @ CustomSSI for all of the installation and custom work!

I finally did my brake upgrade, and I can finally stop smoothly without pulsing and shaking from warped rotors. The brake system was still 100% stock. See the Performance Modifications for the parts breakdown.
I won't have any pictures until the next round of parts go in so I will do a big photoshoot this summer hopefully detailing all the new additions.
Speaking of which, I now have a Canon Powershot S3 IS and have had plenty of practice with it and Photoshop CS2. My next batch of shots will come out a lot better than the ones from 2006, which were good but had a lot to improve on.

I learned a lot about taking good pictures in 2006. I also learned a lot about post-processing and how worth your time it is. You can make a good picture great if you take the time to experiment a little. The pictures I have on here were taken with a little Fuji Finepix E550.
In 2007 I plan to take things to a new level. I am getting a new camera, equipped with a polarizing filter in hopes to reduce the massive reflections I get when taking shots of my car on very bright days, among other benefits. Hopefully with the appearance upgrades planned, and my new camera setup I can take some great shots.
Full power options including locks, windows, mirrors, hatch, antenna, steering, and seats.

For some reason, I was thinking the same.
I'm trying, man.. she keeps breaking on me.
Don't hit on me like that.. I'm not gay.
lol
Nice car.
Thanks for the comments. Glad you like the pics. I should have more of a new setup next month or so if you want to take a look.
Nice ride you got there too!
Thanks for the comments. You have an awesome ride yourself. The WS6 and Firehawks had the most appealing body lines of the LS1's in my opinion. It's ageless and agressive.
hey man, thanks a lot! I love your profile's theme song....lol Brings me waaayyyy back
