Ended up ordering a New torque converter
Trailblazer SS (1800-2000 stall)
Got put in, and shes driving like a dream.
Everything is working perfectly the new Trail Blazer SS torque converter puts the RPM's up just high enough to hear the stature of the exhaust.

Sent the 4L60E out to Finish Line Transmissions to get it built.
Level 4 (Street Strip Build)
* FLT performance built pump ( Includes machined pump halfs to ensure flat surfaces, New A/C delco 13 vain pump/rotor/slide kit.
* Media blast case, bell housing, and tail housing to restore a new aluminum finish. Prep case for assembly.

* 8 B/W hi-energy clutches w/koleen steels in 3-4 clutch
* Bearing style reaction shaft
* B/W 29 element sprag
* 4L65 low roller clutch

Ordered a GMMG Catback and got a set of dual/dual tips to be added on.
Installed and sounds fantastic!
Nice rumble yet quiet at idle and low RPM's
