Well I took the bird to the track today for an all pontiac show. I was not all that happy with the day overall. It was good to get out and do that since I have wanted to for a long time and havent had the chance. Other than that nothing really went right. I have a bald set of BFG's on the back so that along with the COLD pavement (40 was the high today) the damn thing would NOT hook up. Finally got a time trial run to get a time that wasnt quite as embarassing so I went ahead and wrote it on the window. As if the poor traction wasnt enough for some reason on almost every run it would not go into 4th gear! I knew it wasnt just me after it did it about 3 times in a row so now I have to find out what the problem is on that. Because of that problem I got eliminated in the first round. I had this guy beat until I tried to go into 4th just before the line. It didnt shift and I lost momentum causing him to pass me at the last second and knocking me out. Because of the poor conditions I will not post todays times on here since they are not accurate. It was a fun day overall but I am ready for the winter to truely arrive so I can do the performance makeover I have been planning (cam, springs/rods, headers, intake, throttle body, suspension, THE WORKS). Then when it warms up again I will get back out there and get my R/T down. Look out for this thing in the next few months!

So I was on my way to class this evening when I pulled up to this girl in a V6 mustang at a stop light. Not thinking anything would happen when the light turned green to my surprise she jetted, mashed on it. So I caught up to her thinking this chick is not going to punk me right in the middle of the big city. So at the next red light I watched the side lights until they turned yellow, then I let it roar. I had tire smoke rolling into her passenger side window. Light turns green, I drop the brake, and bam I'm gone...stupid girl....even more stupid mustang.

I have never entered in this journal thing so I thought I would give it a shot and update my stuff. Since I set up this page I have had positive and negative issues with my car. On the plus side I have swapped the stock 16 inch rims for 17 inch WS6 wheels that were on a 1997 WS6. No pictures yet but there will be soon. Those rims normally are not put on the 1998-2002 style Trans-ams but I like the way it looks. On the down side last winter I had a bad meeting with snow and a huge approx. 13 ft. deep ditch. Luckily I was able to get away with minimul damage. It tore off half of the side skirt on the drivers side so if anyone knows where I could find one of those for cheap let me know. It also cracked the front clipped so I have it taped together so it is not that easy to tell. I will get that all fixed when I get some money for it. Needless to say I have bought a 4x4 pick-up to take care of that problem this winter.

Nice T/A with that hood man! Good job! I need 2 get me a hood for my Formy. Thinkin of gettin a WS9. It's just like a WS6 but with the heat extractors of a Firehawk hood.

Nice T/A. It's cool to see another south central Kansas T/A on Fquick. Keep up the great work on it.
p.s. Your 'bird should be an LS1 and not an LT1...
