Purchased with 107k Miles on August 25, 2007. Car was a bolt-on LT1 with spray until about 139k. Now almost 2 years later it has a cammed stock 346ci LS1. Still will be sprayed again soon. Longterm goal: big fat single turbo forged iron block LSX.
I don't plan on selling this car. I want to keep this car as long as I possibly can, even if it is "just an LT1".
TOTALLED AUG 5, 2009. Old lady ran a redlight slamming into my car, busting/twisting the front end frame. R.I.P. I guess it's time for the 01-02 SOM WS6 I've always wanted!

Old lady about 80, hit me running a redlight when I clearly had the green. I will miss this TA. But a new Trans Am will be in it's place.

Got an LS6 Intake and a Tune today. On a Mustang Dyno (which always read low) it put down 359/346. It runs good!

Got my Nitto NT05's in the mail today. Awesome tires. I just wish I could get 315s. A 40k mile rear-end goes in tomorrow (to fix slack in the drivetrain) and the tires get mounted. In a couple weeks, it'll be time for LS6 intake manifold, and a tune for a 150 shot

I'll probably look into a white or SOM 01 or 02 WS6. I love the LT1 WS6s, but I guess it's time for something different.
Dam dude, sorry about the car. Are you going to be looking for a 98-02? Or are you going to stay with the 96-97 WS6's?
And i did??????
Cant wait to smoke that ass lol??????
Nice swap...great job...all i've always wanted to do with my car....
You've got one hell of a Trans Am. Keep representing LT1s!
