About this Current Vehicle:
this car has been in the family for over ten years my uncle bought it fomr the original owner which was an old lady for $600. he had it for a few months then sold it to his brother inlaw for $600 where it sat in a garage for many years. after trying to get him to sell it to me many times he finaly decided to let it go i bought it about 4 yrs ago for the same price of $600. it was in bad shape paint faded suspension shot. i was supposed to restore the car from bottom up but due to the insurance company kicking me off b/c the car was not 90% restored i had to start from the top down b/c i didnthave the money to have it transported every where it needed to be to have the work. now the body work is done interior is 90% done drivetrain is next to come n the car is complete.

blown motor
finaly got a chance to take it out since last year. gave her a nice bath... drove around this morning n then got stuck.... finaly got it started again n now its pinging like no tomorrow... most likely spun a bearing..sux asss. wont know for sure until i get it apart which wont be any time soon....guess i cant be soo mad it does have 135,000 ran strong but sat for a longtime....its great i have two Trans am s and both are down for the count..

DECIDED TO KEEP THE CAR MATCHING NUMBERS
after being hounded by my uncle and some other friends.. they all say i should levae the car matching numbers its worth more even though i will neva sell it although if the right price comes along ill consider. since my fam is the second owner of the car...ima have the motor tranny and rear rebuilt stock with maybe a few bolts ons... whatever comes off the car gets stored away.. soo since im keepin the car original im in search for a 01 or 02 trans am ws6.. not ready to buy it yet but looking for a good one.....then i can mod the shit out of it... then continue my collection of trans ams witha 1st n 3rd gen
