This was my first toy. No, it wasn't rear wheel drive. No, it didn't have a V8. No, it wasn't fast. It was very reliable, though, and I like how it looked. I worked in New York City every weekend for eight years, while living in the dead center of Pennsylvania, 220 miles away. I drove it at least 500 miles every week. This car took a beating, and never gave me any problems except when it needed a new fuel-pump around 89,000 miles. I slapped a new one in and it was good-as-new. I was going to use this as my beater car, after I got my GTO, but my wife thought it would be a better idea to trade to Sunfire for something with 4WD. So I got rid of it, when I got my TrailBlazer. Sometimes, I miss the yellow paint it had, lol...
And to those who are so quick to bash someone for having "Dual Exhaust" on their 4 cylinder car, this car came from the factory with a Y-pipe dual exit exhaust. It's not like this a new concept. There are 4 cylinder cars that came with similar exhaust setups as a factory option. So whats the big deal? All I did was change the mufflers and tips. There's nothing wrong with changing the mufflers for a little sound. So to those people, you should get your facts straight before you open your mouth.
