2006 Pontiac GTO. Just like the title says. My SEG has not left since I bought the car. In fact there's only been one day I haven't driven it since I bought it.
Dyno numbers (final) after LT install 355 HP @ 358 TQ. Heat soak sucks...lol

Surprise to me
Tuesday night I was just relaxing and getting ready to play Call of Duty: World at War when there was a knock at my door. Needless to say I was a bit startled because I don't get random visitors. So I checked through the peep hole and saw brown. I didn't get too excited because I was expecting a pair of pants to show up. So I opened the door and noticed a box instead of a mailer envelope. Then my heart started to race. My connecting rods were here.
Now all I need to do is order bearings, main and head studs, push rods, lifters, and a cam package. Then the assembly can begin.
Monday I'm going to take a look at the block and the crank. Might even drop some of the parts I have here off while I'm visiting.

Parts Starting To Show Up
Finally. The pistons showed and clutch lines up today. I called to check and the piston rings and rods should be here in the next day or two.
It's truly a shame that the pistons won't be seen once they're installed. They are beautiful.

Motor Update
The crank will be back from the machinist Monday. If it's turned one ten thousandths both the builder and I will be surprised. When it comes in I'll order bearings. We're also going to discuss cam choices at that time.
Wiseco pistons, pistons rings, Scat rods, and stainless steel clutch lines have been ordered.
I added some carnage pics to the rebuilding album.
