Exhuast Leak Update 1

I had some free time after work today to put the car on jack stands to fix the leaks coming from the collectors "factory weld". After being around the car for an hour welding around the collectors to the areas i could reach. I took the car off the jack stands and jump in and went for a ride around the shop to check if the leak was still there well guess what it was still there! Guess where! Right between the collectors where it's impossible to weld. Take a look at this image and see where the leaks are coming from.

I have an idea that might just work but i will repost and let you guys know how it went.

Exhuast Leak.

For a while now I have been hearing this wired noise from my exhuast system sounds like a exhuast leak. This sound started right after i installed the full exhuast system a couple months back. I work between 50 - 60 hours a week and haven't had the time to investage the wired noise. Well I finally found the time to track down the exhuast leak comes to find out it was factory weld's from the collectors around the headers. Not to mention the driver side issue i had installing the header due to over bending the header had to custom cut the header to make it work so it wouldn't hit under my feet. Just sucks when you pay so much for a set of headers and still have fitment issues and leaks from factory weld's.
