First off, huge thanks to Charlie, Nick, and Gabriel at RPM Motors in Santa Clarita. Also a big thanks to Jim and Chad at Gravana for supplying the parts. This is by far the best experience I've had yet while modding this car. They truly bent over backwards and are all around great guys. Charlie is the god when it comes to tuning.
My goal was to at least make 400 rwhp and still pass the sniffer, and just find someone to overlook the visual.
Baseline Mods were as follows:
-RPS Twin disc clutch/segmented flywheel
-Lingenfelter CAI
-2.5" custom crushbent exhaust w/ loudmouth mufflers and an h-pipe
-Predator Tune, modded by me
so it put down 317/326 with the above mods, which seems about right.
RPM installed the following:
-CNC Ported 243 Casting RPM heads w/ new valves, springs, etc
-Comp Cams 224/228 114 LSA Cam
-Kooks Long Tubes 1 3/4" w/ catted mids
-SLP UDP
-JBA 2.5" catback w/ dual exit
As you guys can see it put down 419/382. It has a nice lope to it, and the car has a nice cam shake at idle. No driveability issues so far, although the kooks are rattling a bit on startup, but I dont think its anything major. Its just amazing how great the power band is and how hard it pulls. As far as future plans, Ill likely do the Vararam intake, FAST 92/90 combo and call it a day.
The exhaust note seems too quiet to me now, although everyone says its loud as hell. Im used to a loud deep idle from my last setup. One thing to note, the JBA tips stick out too far due to the longtubes. I may end up putting straight pipe in place of the mufflers and have some new tips put on. Otherwise, its a dream come true. Ive wanted a H/C package for so long, its hard to believe I finally got it done.
Ill have a video or two in a bit once I get the exhaust sorted out.

After getting the new clutch done and tranny rebuilt. Shop notifies me that the rear main seal is leaking and that the dealership gouged the crankshaft the last 2 times they did the work.
Warranty is up and the work will be likely denied by the dealer. Which means 3-4000 dollars to pull the motor and put a new stock crank! Yeah!
