Finally got back to update, the car has been out for about 2 weeks now and runs very strong. Pulls hard through all RPMs now, as opposed to a crappy opti breaking up at 4-5k.
Also picked up some Mickey Thompson DRs and will be heading to the track soon.

Currently in the process of buttoning the car back up again with a few new goodies.....Went in there to get some new seals in the front cover and ended up deleting the A/C, and installing a brand new MSD Pro-Billet Optispark while I was in there.
The stock opti was crap when it came out, the seal behind it was leaking and the bearings in the rotor were completely shot (grinding) so it was on its way out. It would be good to mention here I was spinning to 6500+ after the PCM tune, so its not the optispark thats crap, its just not designed to go much beyond stock and stay togeather.
Took apart the MSD Optispark to put some red loc-tite on the rotor screws (2) and it looks to be a very quality piece, very impressed. $515.00 for the unit and it comes with a timing adjustment screw, better balanced rotor for high RPM, billet base, NEW high and low resolution sensors and a brand new optispark harness cable to boot. We will see how much it likes 6500+rpm......
Should be back on the road by June 3rd at the latest, out for testing that week, and then up to NE Dragway shortly thereafter for some times. Looking for mid 12s this season.
