About this Previous Vehicle:

I got the car in 2000 before I graduated from high school. They bought me a v6 thinking I would just drive it and not hot rod it. Wrong. Its been a work in process since. Its my foot brake bracket car.

Factory Options:

N/A

Exterior Modifications:

Mickey Thompson ET Drag wheels

Interior Modifications:

none

Performance:

Abbott Racing Engines 3.8, .020 over bore, CP pistons, 11.9:1 CR, Big Comp Cam, T&D Shaft Mount rockers, Stage 3 heads, ported intake, ported TB, HPTuners speed density tuning by me, and lots more...

Best 1/8th: 7.91@85, 1.65 60'
Best 1/4: 12.48@106.8 1.65 60'

1/16/09: The car is still on hold until we get upgrades completed on the truck. I do however have a few pieces for an engine. I've got a Dart Little M block, an Eagle 3.48" 4340 Ultralite crank, Iron Pro Topline raised runner heads, and an intake. I'm still undecided on if I'll run the iron heads or sell them to buy some of the Dart aluminum raised runners. The ones I have flow 340cfm and would make great power but they're heavy.

Suspension/Chassis:

BMR Trak-pack Torque arm, Edelbrock tubular subframe connectors and PHR, boxed stock LCAs with poly bushings, Strange front drag brakes...

Drivetrain:

Moser 12 bolt, 4.56, spool, 33 spline axles, 4L60E, TCI Transmission Control Unit, TCI 4000 stall converter...

Electronics:

N/A

To-Do List:

The car is in limbo as of now. The V6 had a cylinder head bust, bend a rod and wipe a main bearing out. I decided not to re-do the V6 and go the V8 route. I was originally planning on a L92 headed LS1(I have the heads/block/intake), but a big block hasn't left my mind either. I'm spending all my money on getting the truck completed then I'll continue work on the bird. I have been cutting a lot of excess weight out of it though.
