If you do decide to go the V8 route I would recommend getting a complete doner car to alleviate a lot headaches. (That is unless you go Carberated over Fuel Injected)

Nice Firebird!!! Cool

The V6's can be modded very nicely. I know a guy that is working on a Twin Turbo 3.8L V6 that they are estimating at least 1000 HP from her.

If you do decide to go the V8 route I would recommend getting a complete done
