I bought this car July 1999 at Town Motors, Exton PA. I had a 95' Dodge Ram before this car and wasnt able to drive it after I had major surgery so I was on the hunt for another car. Anyway I had test drove a red 93 Camaro Z28 but the price was too high so I went to the local Chrysler dealership where a friend worked and told him I was looking for sports car.He told me that he would be rare for someone to trade in a "sports car" where he worked but for me to keep on looking and let him know what I found and he'd check the prices for me. The next day I called him to tell him about the Z28 I test drove and he told me that I wasnt going to believe it but the night before right at closing time a man traded in his 94 Firebird for a minivan! I went right down there and took a look at it sitting in the back lot. They never even got it on the sales lot before I bought it . I quickly started researching about the "f-body" as I found out they were called and started modding it little by little. I found TONS of other fbody friends from message boards and clubs and started to attend local car shows and events. I'd always loved "fast cars" ever since I can remember. My family went to the track on Friday nights about once a month to watch the drag races at a local strip. It was one of my favorite things to do and I always looked forward to it. My mom also was a car nut having owned one really hot car....a red 71 Mach 1 that she hand painted flames on herself. The flame job I had done by a local painter in my home town Honey Brook, PA. The colors are very much like the ones my mom had on her Mach 1.
