About this Current Vehicle:

The Mark VII LSC was a concerted effort on the part of Lincoln Mercury division to offset the european high end sport luxury coupes such as the BMW 635csi and the Mercedes 500 SEC.
To do this Lincoln decided to build it on the sporty Fox platform. The Thunderbird and Cougar more specifically. Equip it with new technology, a powerful 302 V8 engine, sporty suspension, a comfortable and sporty interior, and timeless styling. All of this allowed the Mark VII to compete with the Europeans in performance, technology, and luxury while costing tens of thousands less than a BMW or Mercedes. It was the first American car to be equipped with 4 wheel anti-lock disc brakes, beating the Corvette by 6 months. The same disc brakes would later be used on the Mustang SVO. The Mark VII was also the first American car to have aerodynamic headlights instead of sealed-beams. The Mark VII was introduced in 1984 and was a great success. The LSC quickly earned a reputation as an executive hot rod because of its surprisingly impressive performance for a luxury car. It would continue in production for 8 years finally ending in 1992.

My car is Light Titanium Pearl Metallic with a Titanium interior. It looks exactly the same as the one in the James Bond movie Licence to Kill.

It has the relatively rare Lear Siegler sport bucket seats with the cloth inserts. It's also kind of rare because it doesn't have a moonroof, JBL audio, or auto dim mirror. It's a stripper for a Mark VII which is good for weight. Me and my dad found this car in March of 2007. It was sitting in a field behind a body shop with a bunch of other junk cars. The only saving grace for this car was that it was a straight, rust free California Car (DSO 75) with a clear title, and it was only $475. That's why I call it Lucky, because it was doomed if someone didn't save it. Nearly everything else about it was trashed, it didn't even have keys. We towed the car home and threw some gas and a battery in it and it fired up. I've done a sorting out restoration on this car as well as modding it. It could still use a little work, but it's nearly there now lol.
