I just picked up this Jeep to use as an affordable daily driver. I read it's common to get 300,000+ miles out of them & this appealed to me since I'm tired of always having car payments. I'd rather free up some money for some other hot rod projects

Heh.....Yea, I'm 6'4" - I feel your pain. I have hard plastic floormats with a lip all the way around to keep water/mud/etc. off the carpet and that makes the footwell even narrower.
Yeah, I love it other than the fact the seats are not comfy for me @ 6' tall. The bottom is too short & doesn't offer much support & makes my knees ache a little & because it's narrow, not much room to spread my legs so it squishes the boys
Looks good.....XJs make great DDs :o)
