Traded a Cougar I had even up for this one. It had a new clutch when I got it. This car turned out to be a major piece. I had to replace the clutch the lot had put in it because they didn't know how to adjust the cable. I used an Autozone clutch, which failed in a month (exploded into what looked like dog fur in the bell housing). I went through 9 Autozone alternators before getting one that would last longer then a month. And eventually I solved the problem of having to keep my foot on the gas to keep it idling by smearing silicone around the rubber couplers that coupled the dual carbs to the intake
