About this Previous Vehicle:

I drove this truck for 4-5 years, including all through high school and my first year and most of my second year of college. I then bought a 1988 Chevy s10 and it was much nicer to drive, but recently the engine died, so it looks like I'll be driving this again until I find something else.

This sucks.

gone

Its going away today, I'm glad to have the parking space back, and to not have to see it every day. My parents are talking back to Lewistown, they can deal with it. Although I did waste some time yesterday by installing an old worthless cd player(that came in my new truck) and a couple of pioneer 6x9's that were laying around so that my dad would have some tunes on his 5+ hour drive in the pos, maybe he can turn it up loud enough to cover up the valve ticking. LOL

death

I think its about to die, and I'm taking it home for spring break, probably not bringing it back to school. I took every bit of stereo equpment out, including every last speaker wire.

brakes

my brakes seem to not be working very well. The brake pedal has almost no resistance at all. It is pretty cold hrere, and they might be froze or something. I let the truck warm up for a while, and I think it helped a little. Scared the shit out of me driving it to a final and back. If it wasn't a manual, with 4wd for more resistance, I wouldn't of driven it another inch for safety. If the brakes aren't working by the end of the day or maybe weekend, and if we can't figure out whats wrong I'm probably going to have to buy a car, it would be a better investment than paying someone to fix it, but money is very short so I dunno whats going to happen.

*brake fluid is low* I hope that is all thats wrong, but it had to leak out somewhere.

*brake line is busted, that is why fluid was out, not low*

Factory Options:

I don't think it got anything good from the factory, just stardard low end stuff.

Exterior Modifications:

Sylvania Silverstar sealed beams (much better than standard issue ones)
topper(so I can lock stuff in the vehicle)
Custom bodywork (aka lots of dents not made by me)
Rust

Interior Modifications:

Re-upolstered seat (done before I started driving it)
patched floorboards (multiple times, they keep rusting through).

Performance:

Its got the stock 300ci straight 6 cylinder.

Pathetically slow, and braking is worse.

Suspension/Chassis:

I did replace the shocks a couple of years ago, the old ones were older than me, you can imagine how much fun those were to take off.

Drivetrain:

N/A

Electronics:

old school Eclipse head unit
Pioneer 6x9's (might switch to my Alpine Type-S 6x9's because they are just laying around).

My old system is totaly removed and in transition to my other truck.

To-Do List:

Get something else to drive
