I bought this car from a guy in Alpena MI. that was parting it out. I actually bought pieces off it before I asked to buy the whole car. I picked it up for $800 plus some parts he needed from me. This was like my 6th DSM (Diamond Star Motors). My step son and I took the 4 hr ride and towed it home on a dolly. The motor was practically dissassembled and parts everywhere. I rebuilt the motor and did some free mods. The car had a 3" Apexi N1 exhaust from turbo back, removed balance shafts, 2g .20 pistons w/ big 1g rods. It was a sweet car and I regret getting rid of it, but for what took its place, made it a little easier. DSMs were still my first love, but it will never replace what the LS1 has given me.
