Purchased for $650 with a blown motor and built on a budget, project Evil Talon is the pennical of budget building. Most parts have been fabricated or purchased from friends or fellow car club members of GADSM.ORG, a site for 4G63 powered cars which I am an also an active officer on. She's not a beauty queen yet and there is still a lot of work to be done. In her current state, only about 2K has been spent not including the price of the car and her best time to date is a 13.7 1/4 @ 98 mph. with no tune. Hardly fast but not slow...and damn decent considering the amount of money spent so far. 12's are an obtainable goal that will hopefully be seen in the not to distant future
Power windows, a/c, am fm casset (those are tapes for you youngsters)
94 rear taillight and bumper conversion, 94 side skirts (to be installed when it's time to paint) wheels eventually
VDO boost guage and a Pilot shift knob
4G63 from a Japanese GVR4-RS. The RS is a rare car and came with a larger B16G turbo, 510cc injectors, and a dual runner intake called the Cyclone intake. I have a boost controlled hobb's switch set to activate at 12 psi to open the secondary runners. 2G mas air flow sensor, K&N air filter, steel braided clutch line, Centerforce dual friction clutch (approx 2500 holding power) a PTE front mount intercooler, and a Wallbro 195lph fuel pump. Front big brake and caliper upgrade from a 95 Diamante
ABX GR2 shocks and struts
5 speed stock trans w/a Centerforce dual friction clutch and pressure plate
N/A
Need a SAFC, wide band AFM, new wheels and tires, and a good dyno tune.
