About this Current Vehicle:

Purchased new in Feb '95. One of the last of the true Italian-made Cagiva Ducati's before the Texas Pacific Group takeover in '96. Through years of racing Ducati has earned their self-proclaimed title, Campione del Mondo Superbike. While the SuperSport series is far from the high-tech racing performance of the DesmoQuattro bloodline, the SS is a blast on the street, and there is of course, a certain mystique surrounding the Ducati name.

Couple Maintenance Items

Just got the bike back from Duc Pond, they rebuilt the forks for me, adjusted the valves, replaced the steering head bearings, installed new belts and a clutch seal, new starter sprag and threw on a set of sticky Metzler Sportec M3's front and rear.

Front Brake Upgrade

Just added the EBC Pro-Lite Contour Rotors and Double-H Pads to the front of the Duc. Have to finish bleeding the lines and then for some riding impressions.

Thanks! Let me know when you are ready to race...Italian ingenuity verses Japanese commonality?
