About this Current Vehicle:
I bought this vehicle down in texas heading towards a job site when I was doing air conditioning. As we were driving a saw a dats way off in the distance.. so I just said to my uncle out loud, "Whoa, thats a datsun! I haven't seen one in years, we gotta go back there." He didn't seem like he wanted to, but he knew I was looking for a clean car, considering I live in IL, any old car is usually trashed or rusted out, so agreed... blah blah blah. SO, A few hours later, after our job, we went back there. After a few words and negotiations with a kind old couple, I would of never thought i'd be driving it back home.
Factory Options:
1981 280zx 2+2, T-tops, Cruise control, A/C, Power windows, Power mirrors, Rear Wiper, Power Steering, Power Brakes, EGR/Smog, Automatic, Non-turbo.. blah blah
Exterior Modifications:
Currently fiberglassing hood, fenders, bumpers, and rear hatch. ( possibly fenders, but no real weight difference, might just do for bigger wheels.)
Interior Modifications:
Currently fiberglassing Entire interior.
Performance:
Stock L28E
Running N42 Non EGR Non Webbed Intake, Turbo Headers with flange delete, MSD and Megasquirt 1 PCB 3.0, 82 Turbo dizzy... More to come!
Suspension/Chassis:
Tokico HP Struts and Springs, polyurethane bushings all round, strut tower bars soon, lightweight.
Drivetrain:
Manual swap, later on going with a T5 or T56 when funds and resources are a little more available! R200 end. 3.9 gear
Might convert to 300ZXT CVS
Electronics:
Currently installing a small computer for engine management and just a little toy when im bored. =]

the good part is... a week after i sold it... the engine let go, broke 3 rods, and shattered a few valves...
