My father gave me this car when I was 17, honest to god it was one of "those little old ladies cars", no shit, It was teal green on the sides and tops of the hood and had a white top. It came with a 307ci 2 barrel carbed engine with powerglide tranny. It had about has much get up and go has our family lawn mower which we bought from Winn Dixie for about $59, I kid you not. So for the first few years I dumped a lot of time and money to make it what you see here, it had a healthy 327 4 barrel engine w/a nice size cam and headers too. Of course it had glass packs has well. A friend of mine, who is still today in the auto body business in Slidell, painted it black and put this custom flame job on it has well, he did three cars in this flame scheme; mine, his dodge van and his 70 ford maverick. For "back in the day" I think it was pretty good for an 18 year old kid.
