No I don't think the lower intake would be very hard to port, it would just take longer. The only reason I haven't done it is because the gaskets isn't cheap and you have to take a lot of fuel system components off and I don't have a fuel pressure re

supposedly it's the biggest improvement. I got a black and decker rotary tool and some accesories, a grinding stone, carbide cutter, diamond tip chisels, and some sanding drums. all these range from 3 to 7 bucks
Hey I ported my upper intake today. Not that hard. I just did what is called gasket matching. Pretty much all the time, you gasket openings are bigger than the actual ports are so you grind away to make them the same size. Supposedly it's the biggest imp
Yeah I was thinking the same thing. can't be too hard I just know it takes a lot of patience. I just did some research on porting intake manifolds and I actually have the tools to do it. So that will save me about $250 if I port them myself. Just the oth
No the weather strip is in pretty good condition. When I had an estimate done on it the guy showed me that someone had messed with the outer skin of the door and it was all miss aligned and looked like someone went to town with a screw driver or crow bar.
That sucks, I hope you can get it fixed for a good price. My door has been miss aligned ever since I bought it, and when ever I go to the car wash water sprays through the door sill. A local auto body shop said it would cost $2,500... for a DOOR!! I need
