I bought this car from my uncles used car lot in 1999. It was bone stock when I got it. It was also my first car to pay payments on, but I can't complain as I got it for around $500 under book value even though it could have easily held book. I didn't get to do a lot to this car, but it helped forge my relationship with Ben from 60v6. It also helped him because it allowed him to be able to have an auto LQ1 to tune so he could market chips for them. Later when the 5 speed got transplanted in it, it needed a lot of tuning, and therefore gave Ben yet another chance at a market he was not in yet, the 5 speed LQ1's. Around 1k miles after we had put the 5 speed in, I got rear ended in the car and it was declared totaled. It was still drivable, so I kept it, and kept on driving it. Finally a couple months later, after I had to go down to the place that carried the policy for the girl that hit me, I got a check for the car. At that point, I bought tickets for Ben and I to fly to Texas to buy the 92 (Ben found it online). Since then I have kept the car around and used it for my winter car. Now I have the Ranger which gets way better gas mileage and despite being a 2wd truck, gets around easier then the 91. I don't really want to do it, but eventually here soon, the 91 is going to be no longer as I plan on parting it what I can off of it and hauling the rest off to the scrap yard
The car really isn't worth that much, and I can't sell it for much, so I don't see much else of a choice.

I cleaned it once in a while ;)
Still has a custom chip by Ben, and a drop in K&N in a gutted airbox
KYB GR2 in front, Monroe Crapmatic, I mean Gasmatics in the rear, Performance Friction pads in front, Durlast *rolls eyes* Gold in rear (PF no longer makes rear pads for this car, so I got the next best thing with my credit, after all, I wanted the stupid thing to stop. Anyone with a 90-94? Lumina knows what I mean here.)
5 speed swap, 92 Pontiac GTP Shifter

part it out and scrap the rest
