To me the 94 to 96 Impalla SS was one of the best modern muscle cars. The Caprice/Impalla was the last of the big full size cars from GM leaving Ford as the lone wolf of the full size car segment with the Crown Victoria (and the Lincoln/Merc counterparts) . The Impalla SS was the performance model making the 1/4 in 14 seconds which is faster then the 03-04 SVT Mercury Murador. This car also had the LT1 350 with 275 HP and was standard with the 4L60e 4 speed OD tranny.

My Impalla SS dream car is a 96 model because of the center console shift. Im definately not picky about the color just as long as it has low miles. I just want a nice cruising car and the Impalla SS fits the bill to a "T".
