About this Dream Vehicle:
This 2003 Corvette Z06 is one of New Era's current project cars in the shop right now . Were expecting 900+rwhp when we finish(capable of well over 1000 rwhp) . We'll have daily and weekly updates on the car.
Twin Turbo C5R Z06 Project
Car: 2003 Chevrolet Corvette Z06
- LME Forged C5R 427 - Callies crank, Lunati rods, Custom turbo pistons/rings, Head and main studs, Balance, Blueprint, High Volume/ported oil pump, etc.
- Cartek modified/ported AFR 225 Heads, Comp 921 Springs, Titanium retainers inconel exhaust valves, custom (track proven) turbo cam, Yellow Terra shaft mount rockers, CTSV Racing (8,500 + RPM) lifters, hardended push rods, double roller timing set, etc.
- FAST 90 mm intake -w- L76 (90 mm) Throttle Body, APS Extreme 1000+ WHP fuel system. "LARGE" RC high impedance injectors. Dynatech Headers with modified mid-section.
- STS intercooled twin turbo kit. Upgraded to Garrett GT35R Turbos, Dual 38 mm TIAL wastegates, upgraded and redundant oiling systems, etc.
- ECS/Alkycontrol Multi-Stage Methanol Injection system. Dewitts Racing Radiator with integral oil cooler.
- Sppec "P-Trim" (1395 lbs Torque) Twin Carbon Disc Clutch/Flywheel/hardware, new (modified) latest design clutch master and Slave Cylinders.
- RPM "Level V", M12 6 speed, fully micro polished internals, all 9310 steel shafts, etc. Custom/modified short shifter.
- LG Motorsports billet torque tube coupler, Cartek LineLoc, Innovative Air/Fuel monitoring, prothane urethane suspension bushings, Adjustable shocks, Dewitt's racing radiator with integral oil cooler, Goodridge SS Brake lines and speed bleeders, ARP Fasteners, etc.
- Diff build out - Hardened Left & Right shafts, Right spider gear, cross pin, Billet pinion support, HD Clutch Pack & springs, DTE Trans/Diff brace, new sealsbearings, etc.
- CCW Polished Drag Pack (2 pair 26x11 .5x16 Bias ply M/T ET streets - , 16" Firestone (bias) front skinnies)
- 10 Point Chrome molly Roll Cage, 5 pt harnesses

This thing is gonna scream when it's complet. Keep me posted on this thing. I am doing something similar to that combo (427 with single turbo). I would like to see how it goes.
