S/S Motorsports of Sarasota was founded in 2006, after seeing a need for 60-70s Muscle cars built to EXTREME performance specifications while maintaining concours quality standards.

The goal is to build cars that are mild enough to drive anywhere and EXTREME enough to cross the 1/4 mile line in under 11 seconds. Heck wasn’t that the idea back then? This guarantee is extended to all 540ci engines and up. The cars are custom coach built to a customers specifications. The engines are all custom built to customer specs as well…no crate engines here. The cars aren’t limited to just speed and show. All GM and FORD restorations are welcome as well.

The Leaders of S/S are Steve White and Steve Keech hence the two S’s. Steve White will bring his vast business knowledge and enthusiasm for muscle cars to the mix. Steve Keech of Keech’s Performance will add his shop’s 20 plus years of racing and track tested EXTREME coach building experience to this venture.

Current projects have included work for the show stopper YELLOW 540ci ALL ALUMINUM SUPERSPEEDSTER ON DISPLAY AT THE MEGUIRE’S BOOTH SEMA 2006. In production are two 565ci 1969 EXTREME Camaros, a 1200hp Twin Turbo 442 convertible, one 1969 EXTREME 565ci Corvette and an original restoration of a 1968 Shelby Mustang.

Past projects have included the Budnik Wheels 1969 Camaro and the legendary 2005 Best Design SEMA 540ci all aluminum 1969 SuperCoupe Camaro.
