Traded my 1999 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am for this car on 1/6/2007. I needed to get into something less expensive and needed the extra cash to pay off some bills and I ended up finding a guy who wanted my T/A and also had this camaro to trade... so that is the story behind me owning this car!

-AutoTap and LT1 Edit was used to reflash the PCM with the following changes: 1996 Trans Am WS6 base tune to make the most of the upgraded cold air intake and Borla exhaust, disabled the skip shift function, the cooling fan on temps were lowered
-SLP bolt in Subframe connectors (powdercoated black)
-BMR Strut Tower Brace (black)
-Ground Control coil over kit for the front with fully adjustable spring perches and matching springs for the rear, revalved (by Ground Control) Bilstein HD shocks all the way around
-Hotchkis Panhard bar
-BMR LCA relocation brackets
-Track Time Motorsports front brake kit with Wilwood 4 piston calipers, 12.2x1.25 two-piece rotors, braided lines, etc.
-T-56 6 Speed conversion with billet 3-4 synchro struts, Viper 3-4 shift fork, CNC-d brass shift fork pads, and a few new synchros and gears.
-McLeod single disc HD clutch
-Hurst Billet Plus shifter and leather knob
-Richmond 3.73 gearset
-AutoTap and LT1 Edit was used for the car to reflash the PCM to go from the automatic to the T56 transmission and to recalibrate the new gears.

Finally got to see the car in person. Its definitely one of the nicest LT1 cars I have seen in person. Sounds mean and moves pretty damn good.
Too bad you had to trade a LT1 for your Ls1.
