I have had this car since 1998. Half of it was a graduation present during my Sr. year in High School. A little here & a little there, it all adds up. It had 46,000 miles on it, bone stock, gutted catalytic converter, with a Flowmaster muffler...and it was an automatic. Ran a 14.3 @ 93mph first time to the track.
It now is equipped with a solid roller 396ci engine, six-speed transmission, and a Ford 9 inch rear end with 3.90 gear.
Leather seats, power windows, Bose sound system, chrome 5-spoke wheels, tilt, cruise, a/c, cd player.
Genuine GM 1998+ SS spoiler, VFN 2" cowl hood, Enkei Winn wheels, tinted windows, de-badged, custom red striping.
2002 SS leather seats, Grant p/n 1030 D shaped steering wheel, Alpine cd/mp3 player w/ remote, Kenwood & Precision power amplifiers, MTX stealth box with subwoofer, custom 4-point roll cage, blaupunkt tweeters installed in door panel. CB radio baby!
Solid roller 396: bored .040, Callies splayed billet main caps, Callies Racemaster Crankshaft, Oliver forged I-beam rods, true JE pistons (teflon coated sides & ceramic coated tops), Canton road race oil pan, stock casting ported heads (2.055in/1.57ex), Hooker long tube headers, solid roller camshaft, T&D Shaft-mount rockers, pacaloy springs, ti retainers, stock ported intake, AS&M Mono-blade throttle body, custom 4" CAI.
BMR tubular K-member, BMR tubular lower A-arms, LG front swaybar, Eibach springs, LG tubular sub-frame connecters, BMR chromoly full length torque arm, BMR tubular transmission x-member w/ torque arm relocation mount, BMR drag bar (rear anti-roll bar), LG panhard rod.
Borg/Warner T56 six-speed trans, Spec stage III clutch w/ billet steel flywheel, Denny's Chromoly Driveshaft, Ford 9" rear end - 3.90 gear.
Upgraded LTCC ignition system, electronic crankcase vacuum pump, Meizere elec. H20 pump.
