Just bought it from a friend... lots of plans for this car! since i bought the car... i had it tuned through PCMForLess. I have purchased silver 17"x9.5" Corvette ZR1s with Nitto Extreme radials in the front and Nitto DRs on the rear... 275s all around. they will be installed soon.
I was deployed to the middle east when i saw this car online. I am part of a site called Z28.com. the car was posted for sale by a buddy of mine on the site. i didnt think it would still be available by the time i cam home. so i transferred money and secured my purchase before i got home. well i returned home september 10th and i picked the car up the following weekend. since then i've had very few problems.
this car is one of my dream cars. not only does it perform better than my newer Z28 but it also looks nice. i have many plans for this car. 99% being performance

friday and saturday, the 29th and 30th of September 06, i took my blue Z to the track. im not disapointed but im also not happy. we have an 1/8th mile track here in town. with any type of launch, drag radials sitting at home, and no experience with the car OR the track... i managed to run consistent 9.3s at 74-75mph in the 1/8th. best 60' of 2.04 which isnt bad. for a 16 year old car and an inexperienced driver thats not too bad. with driving it mastered and my DRs installed... plus a few minor mechanical problems fixed... i should be able to tap into the 8s. theres only 2 weeks left this track season... so by nest season i hope to run mid 8s and sit with stock LS1s on the street/strip
