Got out to Kansas City for some passes at the Shootout put on by Tosto, crappy weather, but it was worth it.

A couple of changes to the SS so far this year, I haven't got to try it all out yet though.
I bought a set of Bogart Drag-On Stars, went with the MT Radials for the rear 275-50-15, Moroso front runners for the skinnies. I'll add some wheel pics to the gallery...Nothing fancy yet, the weather has not been good enough for some nice pics with them on, but I had to throw them on when I first got them, they still had ET Drags on in the pics.
I also swapped torque converters, well I had Speed Inc do that little job for me. I went to a Precision Industries Vigilante 3600. Only interstate driving with a few small pulls on it so far, but it is world's apart from the old converter.
I have a NOS plate kit for it now too, going back to the spray, I'll be installing the kit after the first track day though...

I didn't race the car much this year, just enjoyed it & put a few miles on it. I took the dry kit off @ the end of the summer & then took it out racing 1 time after that.
The car ran 11.70 @ 117... I am going to stick a nitrous kit back on it for '08 & I just bought some new track wheels for it. I have 1 or 2 other things in mind for the start of racing season in March, but I'll post those when they are done.
I made it all summer with no problems, took the car to a few shows & on a few road trips. I thought about selling it & realized that wasn't what I wanted to do...Looking forward to Spring!
