class67's 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS

Factory Options:

RS trim package to include hidden headlights and deluxe interior with console, both slightly modified.

Exterior Modifications:

SMoothed firewall, all body seams welded up (rear filler panel and rear light panel), lowered stance,

Interior Modifications:

Interior has been updated with Ididt steering column, Billet steering wheel, Dakota Digital dash in factory carrier, Corbeau front seats / factory rear (upholstered to match, rear redone to simulate bucket seats) Lokar shifter in factory console, 3" RJS racing belts.

Performance:

Powered by a 383 stoker small block with Edelbrock Performer RPM heads and Air Gap intake topped by a 750 speed demon. Ignition is full MSD to include a pro billet dist., 6AL, BLaster 2 coil and MSD 8.5mm wires. Estimated HP to be around 478, all exhausted through Hooker Super Comp headers (ceramic coated) to 2 1/2" exhaust and Dynomax mufflers. I also have a March serpentine belt system and a Be Cool radiator with twin electric fans to keep it cool.

Suspension/Chassis:

Suspension consists of factory sub-frame outfitted with Global West upper and lower control arms, QA1 coilovers and a Hotchkiss swaybar. Rear suspension has Hotchkiss lowered leafs, QA1 shocks and Hotchkiss swaybar.

Braking is by way of Wilwood four wheel disc, cross drilled and slotted and 4 piston calipers all around.

Drivetrain:

Transmission is a race built 700r4 from Bowtie Overdrives and a 2400 stall.
Rear end is a Chevy 12 bolt with Eaton posi and Moser axles with 3.73 gears.

Electronics:

Nothing worth talking about...yet

The motor is music enough!
