Got this thing in October 03 with 145k miles... 1 major accident on it, and many passes at the track. 182,500 miles now and counting, still original engine and trans (well trans #2 is about to go in)... it's on its 3rd rear and number 4 may be soon. 4 months (so far...) of driving it every day with the f'ed transmission probably isn't good for it.
Tranny blew up but that's alright since I have a... not stock... one in my garage waiting to go in.
Car was originally just a daily commuter, somehow I got into this drag racing and weight reduction stuff...

Went down to Dover, DE.... came back with an SS hood on my car and a new (matched color, correct brackets) nose to boot. Well after I got home I went to go to work... and as I left my house my tranny decided it didn't want to keep any gears besides 1st and 3rd. Oh well, time to do some swappage.
Oct 13
damn friday the 13th... ive got no more 4th gear at all, from under 15 MPH need to be in 1 or 2, then I can manually shift it into 3rd/drive.
But dead parts = replace with something better
