My car, a 1996 Camaro, has quite a story behind it. This car is a 3.8 litre V6 with an auto trans. originally bought from my aunt, the first owner of the car, I kept it stock for as long as i can remember. Finally I had gotten an SLP C.A.I. for Christmas, and was the only mod up until April when it recieve a carbon fiber nose badge and euro taillights. In september of 2005, this car was authentically autographed by Carroll Shelby, given the name Camaro C/S for Carroll/Shelby. Then on October 19,2005, the car was in an accident, and to most was beyond repair. Saving up for 10 months it was put back together, and quickly recieved many upgrades. Today it is the way I envisioned it since the day the keys were handed to me, exterior wise that is. now that that is done, it is time to fully focus on the performance of the vehicle.
Car came with Leather interior, T-tops, 3.8 litre V6, Auto trans, power seats,power windows, power locks, anti theft system, and bose sound system.
Carbon Fiber emblem, SS wing, Euro Black backing clear lenses, 8" shortie antenna, ZR1 Grand Sport replica Rims with 275 in front and 315 in rear ( 9.5 and 11 inch) blacked out side marker lights, and Grand Sport fender pin striping.
Dual gauge pods with Trans temp and A/F ratio meter.
SLP cold air intake, MSD High supression wires,A/C Delco Iridium spark plugs, air conditioning delete, transmission cooler. Pace setter headers w/ ceramic primer, and black paint coating and header wrap, SS power steering cooler, road racing exhaust, light weight pushrods and OE-R lifters. mildly ported intake manifold.
UPDATE: car is currently under construction. The motor has an internal problm, and will be taken out and replaced, with upgraded features such as a Stage 2 cam, #105 Valve Springs, and other aftermarket parts. Aslo some products will go through a Mikronite process strenghtening them up considerably.
Strut tower bar, Adjustabl PHB w/ Heim jointed end, ST 35/25mm sway bars, patent pending tubular lower control arms, UMI 3-point sub frame connectors, Bilstein shocks w/ Eibach springs.
Aluminum Driveshaft, Auburn LSD, 4.10 rear gears,T/A differential cover, B&M shift Kit, Z28 rear disc brakes conversion kit.
Stock sound system.
Dual gauge pods ( see interior mods), 1997 ECM custom programmed by PCMforless.com
Upper and lower A-arms, tubular K member, T5 swap, stage 2 cam, #105 valve spring w/ modded retainers, anda few other various engine upgrades do to since the motor has gone sour and a new block is going in.
