purchased(saved) in 1991 from Wisconsin in VERY rough shape. Needs new rear quarters and tail panel, floors-including trunk, and fenders have extremely poor bodywork repairs. Original 307 already missing was replaced with post 1976 350v8 with mid-70's smog & EGR valve??? and TH350(was missing kickdown cable and has wrong column shifter from powerglide). Currently on 14" Smoothie rims and NO POWER or DISC brakes(stops fron 60 to 0 in about a mile!!!).
Coupe, 307 v8, auto trans, 8.2" 10-bolt 2.73 rear, White vinyl interior, black loop carpet, column shift, NON-RS/SS plain everyday cheapass Camaro. Purchased with TH350 trans, but I believe original was a powerglide due to impropper shift pattern on column.
None yet other than sub-frame connectors and chrome smoothie rims(to be replaced). Will be getting full pro-street mods - fiberglass front and trunklid, Drag Star rims, wheel tubs, fuel cell, custom subframes & suspension, Cage and safety harnesses, etc.
replaced rear package shelf. Still needs floors and all upholstery and no radio at this time. Birds nest in trunk!
Currently DEAD. Motor was a basket-case! Currently an un-original mid 70's 350smog V8 was improperly installed and missing several vacuum lines, linkages, and improperly modified engine harness and missingTH350 trans kick-down cable.
stock 4-wheel drum brakes w/o power assist! (Must go... to be replaced with power disk), rear mono-leaf springs with "cheapo" raised spring shackles.
currently stock with Chassis Engineering subframe connectors.
none yet, replaced factory engine and foreward wiring harnesses.
Total re-build. Working on port-injected 377v8 in 500+HP range, 12bolt or Ford 9"rear, power disk brakes, Global west front control arms and springs, rear subframe w/4-link or IRS. Fiberglass Lightweight front end & trunklid, roll cage and tubs, custom bucket seats and interior, HOK pearl white/Pavo purple 2-tone paint with RS/SS stripes and transparent ghoast graphics. Aluminum cooling sysem w/electric fans. TH400 trans w/2800 stall and internal mods. 6 or 8 point roll-cage.
