This is a Fully Custom 2WD Blazer that was buyilt in the early 90's.
This started life and was used as a company vehicle. Basically a stripped down Utility Vehicle. It started Life as a Red truck with a Black Top.
This vehicle has had the Front bumper shortened so that it would tuck closer to the body and the bumper bolts welded in place and the heads removed for a cleaner look. Front fender side marker lamps removed, all mldgs & trim removed, Door handles shaved leaving only the lock cylinders ( cylinders re-worked so that they opened the door when key was turned ). All headlamps upgraded to dual lamps system, all mldgs & headlamp trim painted body color. Original grille used was a Square Tubed Grille painted Body color. The Square tubed grille was later replaced with a Billet unit that was also painted body color, leaving only the polished faces of the grille . Removalble top was smoothed ( to remove the factory texture ) and painted body color. Tailamps removed and pockets filled. Taillamps relocated to rear bumper utilizing an old style Cutlass Taillamp ( located in salvage yard ). Tailgate Pocket filled.
All Graphics were Painted - No Vinyl used on this truck . The side graphics consisted of a larger gray graphic designed and painted to match the tweed interior color utilized on the interior. Also was 2 House of Color Pearl Pink Designs and several smaller designs all to form the unique graphic on the truck. Also on this truck we Air Brushed 3 M&M Characters ( Red, Yellow & Blue ) on the tailgate & then burried all the graphics in the clearcoat.
The Interior seating was all done in Gray Tweed. The Interior trim panels were custom fabricated & Sculpted & then covered in matching gray Tweed. All carpeting was custom fabricated & then all the dash & roof was painted in a flat Dk Gray. All Seat belts dyed to match new interior.
Original motor that was put in this truck was a 327, later replaced with a GM 350 Crate Motor. Edelbrock Carburator, Headers, Old School Cut Outs & Custom Fabricated Exhaust.
Suspension was lowered. Used Bell Tech Front lowering components on the front, and had to custom fabricate the rear kit to flip the rear leaf springs, since no-one made a lowering kit for this truck. Remember it was built in approx 1991.
