Bought this in 2004 as a business car. Put 100k+ business miles on it with mild modifications to the N/A setup. Over the years I have learned it is much easier to stay out of trouble with "sleepers". So, in 06 I decided to try and turbocharge the buick. Just like the GN, the 3800 S2 seems to respond very well to turbocharging.
It looks just like a grandma's car,...until you step on the gas. Then,..suprise!
But its just a Buick!
Pictured time slip is old set up. new setup has 110more whp. Should be interesting.

Made it to track one more time yesterday but conditions were horrible. Started with low boost and never turned it up. Spun in box before I even got to 60 foot. Spun through 2nd and 3rd and had to feather it on all runs just to get it to hook. That is ok, still suprised and beat every mustang I raced except one that had a parachute....could not catch him. Best was a 12.1 at 123+

We were collapsing my 3" intake filter on the dyno costing us lots of whp. Finally found some 4" tubing.
Leather, Power seats, hmm,..lots of extra heavy metal.
A couple of small super " 6 " decals to pique curiosity. A few small dents, many scratches and a "AAA" bumper sticker. HA! They never see it coming.

3800 Power,
Yes, Shawn assisted with the dyno tune. He did the transaxle tune himself and it is spot on perfect.
Nice build man. Did you dyno this car with Shawn Mayes? I am pretty sure this is the car he was telling me about...
This has to be the best W-body Regal I've ever seen. Stellar.
Nice car, very much a sleeper. The GP's came with that hood on special edition hoods, in my case my year is the Daytona pace car.
Sleeper Ya....
