Some may cry blasphemy with this 1st Gen Camaro

Upsetting to some, but an impressive build nonetheless, this 1967 Camaro is dubbed the "Supra Sport SS". Any true car nut has respect for the 2JZ motor that has gained much fame from the Toyota Supra, but putting it in a first gen Camaro? Yeah, that takes balls for all the flack you'll be receiving from the chatty domestic and import fanboys. It makes around 450BHP at only 10 psi and will make 950-1,000BHP at 30-35psi.

Would you rock it? I think I would but it would probably get pretty old having people give me shit for having an import motor in my classic domestic.

I think I'd rip the engine out and put in an LS7. Sorry but for the amount of money they dumped into that 2JZ I'm sure you could build a pretty bad ass LSX engine instead.

What a disgrace, that poor 2JZ Sad Hahaha, in reality I hate trans-brand motorswaps... Like when people drop 350's in to the old Datsuns and such or this too.

I guess that and the screwing up of a classic Mustang GT is just the ricers idea of paying us back for putting V8's in their cars. BUT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE. Their cars are garbage, our American Muscle is worth a lot of money!

with all the money that was spent on custom stuff on that camaro a warmed over 2jz just seems out of place, now a if it looked stock till the hood was opened that would be cool Grin
