DevToaster, an upcoming company, just sent out a press release showing off its new application coming to the iPhone/iTouch platform. Soon, with the help of a OBD-II/WLAN interface, you will be able to get vehicle diagnostics from your vehicle. Also included is GPS, MPG monitoring, and much more. Stay tuned to their website to see when this product is ready for release. So damn cool!

my friend just got the g3 with the program.... they tested it against the other program you pluginto your car and it tells you the speed track e.t and all....forgot the name but he says the iphone program is alot more accurate........guess it does work..

lol hp tuners on the iphone. I cant think of a worse idea...can you seriously imagine trying to tune your car using the iphone interface and how complex hptuners is....thats the worst idea ever.

Any obd2 scan software can do that. You dont need HPT to pull codes. I entirely agree itd be great to see some DTC's and what not on the fly...thats exactly what this software will be. Like autotap id imagine. NOT used to reprogram the pcm at any time.
