MuhThugga's Quick Bio

I fell in love with the car the minute I laid eyes on it. It never bothered me that it didn't look like an old GTO, in fact, that is one quality that turned me onto it. The car looks like it belongs in this time period. Other people seem to think the styling isn't so bland, either, as I receive compliments about the car's looks all the time.
At 20 years old, I never grew an attachment to the old GTOs. This GTO is my GTO. The middle-aged men can yearn for a reproduction model, I have my Goat, and it is what I am able to connect with. It captures the essence of the GTO, not the looks. It is a rear-wheel drive, 400 HP, V8 monster with a body that blends into the crowd. That is the GTO essence. That is what I love.
The only downfall is that there aren't enough hours in the day to drive it. I've never owned a car I enjoyed driving so much, and I don't think I ever will. I'm happy to own a piece of history I can identify with.
Other people can keep their Mustangs and Challengers, and any other carbon copy that is conjured up. I like my cars to progress in design, and that is what this car does.
If I wanted a 1969 GTO, I would have bought one.
